My dog has been taking it for about thirty days (along with Previcox) and I have noticed a distinct decrease in the swelling around his joint. He also seems to be in signficantly less pain. He will run out of Previcox in about a week and I’m hoping to just continue with the Glycoflex. I don’t want to damage his liver with the Previcox. Any input would be appreciated.
I went to see my Dr today for a sinus infection and she prescribed Toradol witch is an NSAID for the headaches and Amoxicillin for the infection.. Well a little after i took both together my lower back started hurting. I payed no mind to it since i already have a back injury but it kept getting a little worse and its a little higher than my pain usually is.. I have had a UTI once before and it feelss like that type of pain..I already take Lorcets for my injury and Adderall for my ADD.. My question is can the Toradol or Amox be causing my kidney pain?? If so what should I do? And what could it be??Could I have already been getting another UTI and the antibiotics I took hit it and that is causing the pain?? Please help..
I do a lot of exercise every day, and I’ve noticed lately that I’m not able to do as much as usual due to pain in my knees and ankles mostly. I know its not from lack of stretching, as its not a muscular pain but more the actual joints. By the way, I’m only 22. I really need to keep up my fitness routine, so any advice would be great.
Oh and the type of exercise I’m doing is mostly cardio, but also some weights as well
I was diagnosed with Osteoarthritis at 18, but over the past year it’s gotten so bad, at times I can’t walk. Should I take the Glucosamine/Condroitin/MSM supplement? Or something else?
I just started taking calcium supplements, because I know I don’t have enough in my diet.
I don’t want to be in a walker by the time I’m 30! Any advice?
I’ve been suffering with a horrible headache every day for the last 3 weeks, and I’m not sure what to do about stopping them. I’ve tried every single d available over the counter at Walgreen’s (ibuprofen, aspirin, paracetamol, aleve), and none of them seem to work. Is there another option out there that’s maybe more natural - because I have stomach issues, or maybe another NSAID available?
I am 43, overweight, and out of shape. My doctor tells me that its not "if" but "when" I’ll need knee replacement surgeries in both knees. I desperately need to exercise and lose weight, but my knees are so painful, its difficult. Walking/running is out of the question. Swimming or other types of water activity would be great, but impractical - I don’t have convenient access to a pool.
When I say walking/jogging is out of the question, I mean by doctor’s orders. My doctor has instructed me not to walk/jog or do stair climbers as exercise. Its not that I don’t want to, or that it hurts, its that my doc says ‘no’ to walking.
