		<description>Vitamins ofcourse but not directly. Say Vitamin D3 is specific for calcium absorption on bones. Therefore, it helps that way.

As the other guy has suggested try some anti-inflammatory but natural stuff. Do not take anti-inflammatory tablets/pills without Doctor's advice or a medical advice. 

There are some aromatic oils which comes a relief for some type of body constitutions. I think you can try them as well.</description>

		<description>I work in a natural foods/vitamin supplement store, and people come in all the time for a certain type of cherry juice that supposedly works well.  It supposedly has some natural anti-inflammatory and other qualities that should help.  People really rave about the stuff, so it's probably worth trying.  Although I don't know much about it, it's certainly something to look in to and check out.</description>
