I’ve taken Prednisone & Methotrexate etc. in the past. Nothing has helped. I can’t continue working. Having A LOT of problems at home doing things. My husband does a lot for me. My hands are stiff, don’t bend & hurt. HELP!
I Used To Suffer But Not Anymore!
I began
searching for information on natural remedies, alternative

If you are in cold country use all warm things.
If you have cough/cold body hot water bath will help.

I am so sorry to hear you are in so much pain! Some people have increased mobility in their hands by using heat. This loosens the joints and muscles, helping to move your fingers a little more easily.
