I hear the aleve liquid-gels work good.
But I am sure your doctor has other ideas.

Others have claimed benefit from heat and or cold packs.
When you get loose try to really work out and stretch to keep as limber as possible.

There are many natural sites out there that talk about herbs and such. Couldn’t hurt to try.
One in particular, is http://www.mercola.com You could do a search on your condition and see what he has to say about it. This site is a respected site amongst many doctors and chiropractors, etc…

    Good luck

I have nerve damage in my elbows, and was told to take Ibuprofin to help with inflammation-if it hurts, get the ThermaCare heat patches–they’re awesome

Therapeutic magnets are great for pain and range of motion, inferred materials are great for inflammation as are the magnets, my step mother has had great results, better than any meds from her doctor. There is also a skin cream that seems to work with about 30 mins that she now will never give up she says. You can find these items at http://www.newbodybalancec.com at the buy it link, you can also buy wholesale as we do. You can email me if you would like more of the info we have on this.

  • I Used To Suffer But Not Anymore!

I began searching for information on natural remedies, alternative medicine, and anything I could find. I had actually tried searching for this information years before, and found nothing relevant.

Then one day I found a source of information that led to another source, and so on. It was the break I had been looking for! Despite having read over and over that arthritis was "incurable" and that people with arthritis had to learn to live with it for the rest of their lives, I found hope. Out of all the informational sources I found, I learned that people with arthritis had been curing themselves all these years!

What I learned was that there were four (4) different methods that were used to cure arthritis. Each source mentioned only one method, though. Some gave importance to one method and briefly mentioned some of the others. What I also learned was that some people got relief by using one method more than another.

So what I did was combine ALL 4 methods into one program , and by applying just one of the initial methods, I became totally pain-free in 3 days!
