Is it safe to give her Tylenol or Asprin to help her move around a little better.

She only seems to have it when she gets up in the morn and sometimes when she’s been lying too long. Otherwise it goes away pretty quickly. The Vet said it could not be arthuritis,. She’s too young (will be 2 in couple months). Seems to be in her hip.
