I can’t use NSAIDs (long story.) What other legal and prescribed/over the counter painkillers could I take for severe dymenorrhea? This rules out ibuprofen in any form, as well as paracetamol/tylenol.
Checked for Endometriosis - all clear - just some killer cramps

I know that alcohol plus NSAIDs increase the risk of gastric ulcers/GI bleeding, so I was wondering how many hours should I wait until I can have a few beers. I took a a 400 mg Etodolac (Lodine) earlier in the day (around 1 pm). If it helps, the 1/2 life is 6-7 hours and duration is 4-12 hrs.

Would it be harmful to take Advil (NSAID) 200mg one or two tablets daily, only as needed for foot swelling?

I had foot surgery 3months ago and then swelling may continue for another 3 months. Would it be harmfu;l to take 200mg/400mg advil lets say about 5 days a week or even daily in the middle of a day with heavy activity?

My theory is its an anti inflammitory pain killer. My throat appears less red after taking it.
Its a 5 day old sore throat.

Specifically of "Naproxen Sod 550 tabs." Says "take one tablet twice daily." What harm could taking three daily cause?

For a patient with acute moderate renal failure what is possible NSAID with least renal toxicity, as acetaminophen is ineffective.

Aspirin is an antipyretic, analgesic, platelet inhibitor, and NSAID so I don’t see why giving it to asthmatic patients would be a contraindication.
