They just found out two diabetes medications greatly increases heart failure risks, even in low dosages. We all remember Vioxx….

WTF! Why is everyone coming down on marijuana when these drugs have proven much more dangerous, yet their legal. And with regard to the new story about psychosis among pot smokers, if you read the entire article, they eventually admit they cannot prove that pot use alone was the cause.

Question Details: I have tried doing my own research, but I haven’t been able to find anything truly helpful. I would just like some honest, unbiased information, which it seems is very difficult to come by regarding this vaccine.
.Can you only get the HPV Gardasil protects you against through sex?
.How long has Gardasil/it’s side effects been researched?
.When did Gardasil become available?
.What happened with Merck’s other vaccine… it was called Vioxx, I think? And when did Vioxx become available?
. Is there any ROCK SOLID proof that all the terrible side effects/ deaths I’ve read about were actually caused by Gardasil?

Gardasil.we have all seen those "One less" commercials that are getting tons of air time these days.. for Gardasil the injection that prevents cervical cancer by preventing hpv types 6,11,16 and 18.this injection is made and marketed by merck the makers of the drug vioxx, vioxx was shown to lead to heart attack stroke etc.if you recall vioxx was the largest ever drug recall ever costing merck 4.85 billion dollars.Gardasil was only tested for 14 months in clinical trials before being released to the public.as opposed to 2 years as with most drugs.several states are trying to implement injection mandates most notably virginia starting in 09..and texas which was overridden till 2011..(not suprisingly governer perry of texas owns Merck stock) and at 360$ pop he is sure to make some cash.Would you give this to your daughter? no? is it the promiscuity factor so many claim. is it safe? feel free to explain yourself..

is there atleast some truth in the statement that the meds that the pharma co’s make are actually toxins that are really what kills people (over time) considering that to the body it is a foriegn substance? Take for example radiation. They tell you its bad for you and ok so it might be different kind of radiation BUT still to the body it is foriegn or else people’s hair would not fall out bc of high doses or even low doses of radiation. They say its supposed to keep people around longer but it also changes the properties of the cells as well. Also what is your opinion of this page? One other thing…The Human Genome Project was majorly big back I think in like 2000 and it was supposed to be like this big thing that would cure many things..it seems to have fallen off the map now…what if anything do you know that doc’s and others are doing with this project and what sigificiant things have they done with it thus far? Ive heard that they have mapped one persons DNA but thats about it.

I had a cardiac abblation (36) at one time it was a record breaker, I also took vioxx for sometime. I am having chest pains last 2 times that I went to hospital they put me on Nitro Drip and kept me 2 days…. Well yes stupid I know my insurance ran out for a month till Cobra kicked in and I didn’t follow up… I did have an abnormal stress test… but doc wanted to repeat it….Now I am short of breath, chest pain, left arm pain…. and I took a nitro still no change…. What should I do??? Do I really have to go to hospital or just try and relax…Please help me quick…THANK YOU for YOUR TIME

i took bacol for a long time, and at the same time was prescribed vioxx also, i have side effects from the two medicines, and i am trying to seperate the two injuries, as a result of both recalled medicines

I am thinking about joining an investigational study to research this medication and was wondering if anyone has ever taken it? I have had chronic low back pain from an unknown source for 3+ years. I have had numerous tests done and no physician can find the cause. I have been through physical therapy, chiropractic adjustments, diet, exercise and lifestyle changes and the only relief I get is from medication. The only medicine (other than opioids) that relieved the pain was Vioxx. I have a sensitivity to NSAIDS which makes pain relief harder to achieve, therefore I take Kenalog (a corticosteroid) 80mg IM injections every 3 months which helps with the inflammation. I was asked to participate in this study by a physician I know, and was wondering if there were any ill side effects to the medication (e.g. nausea, constipation, euphoria, dizziness, irritability, etc.). If anyone has taken this medication please advise. I am willing to try anything to ease the pain. Thanks!
