I was thinking of playing softball as a hobby, or maybe more if I’m any good at it. I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my knees and hips but was told I needed to exercise. I understand that softball is no fluffy walk in the park but I have always wanted to play and be apart of a team.
She got her vaccinations today, after fever of 100.4 we gave her paracetamol that was 3 hours ago, the fever is still there 100.4, now i want to switch to ibuprofen, is that ok?
It is hard to explain the sensation/pain in my knees that I am starting to feel more often. I think there are xrays or MRI’s to confirm arthritis but I am just starting to think that this might be a possibility.

I can’t use NSAIDs (long story.) What other legal and prescribed/over the counter painkillers could I take for severe dymenorrhea? This rules out ibuprofen in any form, as well as paracetamol/tylenol.
