Is it because of the sudden weight gain by the growing child and food cravings? The body isn’t used to the extra weight, so could that be the cause?
If the above question is answered, please also answer:
If that’s so, why does the arthritis stay for some women?

I can’t really run because of my arthritis so running is out of the question. It needs to be something that is low impact on my joints but can help me loose weight. I want to loose 30 pounds before the beginning of high school on september 7th. Thanks for the help!

I have seen both suggested as treatment for arthritis.
Which is better for arthritis of the hand? Ice packs or heat?
Thanks.

I posted the other day about my 14 year old dog (part lab/shep) who was having trouble walking and had a soar on her leg. Took her to the vet today and she has arthritis pretty bad. He gave med’s for there for her to take daily, and an antibotic for the pressure soar on her leg. Does any one know of any home remedies I can use for her in addition to the above medication? I am so happy I did not have to put her down. I was so upset. The old girl still has life in her. Thank God.

I kept on popping my fingers, knees, and toes and now I’ve got arthritis and I’m wondering if a chiropractor could make them straight?

I would like to make a magnetic necklace for my mom to help with her arthritis, but I don’t know how to tell what are good beads and which ones are worthless

It is hard to explain the sensation/pain in my knees that I am starting to feel more often. I think there are xrays or MRI’s to confirm arthritis but I am just starting to think that this might be a possibility.

My friend had a boyfriend 3 years ago. At that time, 3 years ago, her boyfriend had symmetrical joint pain and stiffness and swelling. 3 years later she has reactive arthritis? Is it possible that she may have STD such as Chlamydia? Is it possible that Chlamydia to trigger reactive arthritis 3 years after the infection of chlamydia? CAN Chlamydia infection trigger reactive arthritis 3 years after infection?

What is the risk? Heart Valve or atherosclerosis?
After years of 800 MG ibuprofen my doctor took me off them, this is the same doctor who took me off Embrel when I developed neurological symptoms consistent with MS and the same one who 4 years ago put me on Vioxx and then took me off Vitamin E (whoops made a little mistake there).
He’s an excellent rheumatologist and is well known.
I’m a musician and a have a sausage digit it it stays swollen long enough I’ll lose mobility doctors don’t seem to take stuff like that serious that’s a huge deal to me I already have 2 deformed fingers from reiter’s syndrome (reactive arthritis) so I went to Mexico and got some prednisone. I like Ibuprofen but not enough to die for.
Well I am qualified to put myself on prednisone. I’m the only one qualified to make decisions about my heath, I hire a doctor for his expert advice and scientific knowledge, not because I need a new god
