I had my baby 6 weeks ago and ever since I gave birth I wake up with really bad joint pain in my fingers. Also my hands are always asleep! I’ve heard of carpal tunnel while being pregnant which I didn’t have but not after…??

My daughter is pregnant (1-2 months). She suffers from arthritis and since a few days ago has had swelling fingers in feet and hands. Normally she takes Celebrex, but now she cannot take it. Ginger and Tylenol with codeine have been recommended. What else she can do?

I can remember these pains starting from my early teens.
I don’t think it’s due to my use of the joints because the problem is the same as my activity level changes.
Every now and then, (especially when i’m sitting on the floor or a bed) when I move my leg I feel like my joint is about to pop out (pain is usually on the inside of hip)
There is a sudden pain and it’s very intense (i usually shout out loud and stop moving)
I’m wondering if it’s the normal feeling that people get just before a joint cracks? When I get those feelings in my fingers I can’t stand it and won’t let the joint crack because I find it painful (and gross)
This is pretty different but I wonder if i’m over-reacting to this hip joint pain or if there is some condition which would make the bones slide out of place? I’m also wondering if I continued moving would something bad happen? It feels incredibly sore, I don’t think I could continue moving when it happened. It really does feel like it’s about to disloc

For the past 5-6 weeks my joints have been very achey (fingers/hands, wrists, shoulders, upper vertebrae, tailbone area, knees, & ankles). Pretty much, everything hurts and I am feeling kind of fatigued, but have also been working a lot. IThe pain is not such excrutiating pain (probably about a 5-6 on a scale of 1-10 depending upon the day), but more off a dull pain or extreme discomfort. I often feel stiff, expecially after waking up or sitting for extended periods and having trouble getting comfortable. After sitting for extended periods it is hard for me to straighten my body right away. It seems to vary in intensity, but a lot of times my hands hurt most. I am a 26 year old slightly overweight (about 15-20 lbs) female who has never had any severe medical problems. Do you think that this is something that I should go to the doctor for, or are there any otc remedies that you know of? Have you ever experienced anything of the sort. Is there a "diagnosis?"

I’m 16 and sadly, I’ve been cracking my fingers for about 5 years. I’ve tried to stop many times but it feels extremely uncomfortable if I avoid cracking them when I feel like I need to.
Lately when I’m on the computer, I get a dull pain in my fingers, through the side of my wrist and sometimes up to my elbow. I spend alot of time on the computer, I do all my school work on here and I plan on getting a career in it so controlling the pain is crucial.
I haven’t been to the doctor for it yet but I’d just like peoples opinions first, does anyone think this could be arthritis?
My dad has arthritis in his fingers and knees (I get a pain he’s to me in my knees on rare odescribed ccasion) but he’s never needed to crack his fingers as much as I do.

I was diagnosed as having Osteorthritis in my right neck, shouldner, elbow, wrist & fingers. I am constantly hurting and Ibprofen doesn’t help with the pain much.
Is there anything else I might can try that medicaid will pay for?
