Are NSAID drugs like aspirin and ibuprofen of any use in relieving the inflammation, redness and swelling associated with acne?
Does anybody know of any kind of over the counter medication that is not an NSAID (Non steroidal anti-inflammatory drug) that relieves period cramps? Tylenol will not touch mine, the only thing that I have found that really works is Midol or Ibuprofen but I can’t take them anymore due to some stomach issues. Any suggestions are welcome…
I have a pet rabbit and I have done some research online and have found that it is okay to give rabbits NSAID’S at the correct dosage. I was wondering how much ibuprofen in mg I can administer to my rabbit safely. I am a nurse also.
Went to the doctor and she said there is no test for it.Nothing much you can do for it.The pain is in my hands,wrist,but the worse is in my shoulder and arm."Just take Tylenol,Ibuprofen,or Nap rosin.Come on,there has to be something?
I’ve used vicoden, vioxx, ibuprofen, tylenol for my pain/inflammation and I don’t want to keep using them daily since it’ll raise hell on my liver, stomach, kidneys and probably some other organs. Is there like a natural herb or food that can help decrease my p! at least and not hurt my organs in the long run?
If this helps, here are the illnesses that cause my p!:
My cartilage is practically gone in my knees and thumb jts, hyperextended both my elbows on several occasions along with medial epychondalitis, chronic and regularly acute back p!, fractured humerus (untreated), tarsals (untreated), and I’m still having p! in my abdomen from a bull’s horn piercing into it.
Oh yeah, the oldest injuries occurred about 6 years ago.

About 3 years ago, I suffer from a back problem after trying many pills and even chiropractor only Vioxx manage to relieve the back pain on permanent basis. Ibuprofen will only deal with the pain and celebrex and bextra will not go all the way or even work at times. Since Vioxx is no longer available, I have to endure pains for 7 to 15 days at a time while with Vioxx after my second day I will be back to normal. Any suggestion on a substitute?????
I know the half life is 2 hours, but that’s for how much ibuprofen? I took 400 mg and I’m wondering how long it would take it to completely clear my system, and how much would be left in my system after every 2 hours until its all gone? ? Thanks
Are there any over the counter medications that I can give my aging pug for arthritis and joint pain? Is it ok to give him Ibuprofen? He weighs almost 40 pounds. Thanks!
I’m in a lot of pain and I can’t swallow tablets so I’ve purchased ‘Cuprofen for children’ in liquid form. 5ml of it contains 100mg of ibuprofen.I’ve taken 10ml now. How quickly will it work and how much is safe for me to take?
I Used To Suffer But Not Anymore!
I began
searching for information on natural remedies, alternative
medicine, and anything I could find. I had actually tried
searching for this information years before, and found nothing
